And the liquid...It's astonishing the difference it makes. A much more reliable method than tempura batter for the same effect. I don't know how we deal with the fish issue. Farmed fish comes with its own problems: to feed one tonne of farmed fish takes 0.22 tonnes of whole wild fish. This essentially means that to produce 4.5 kg of farmed fish, 1 kg of wild fish is used, not to mention the need for antibiotics to control the sea-lice prevalent in the cages and the sea floor contamination from fish waste in poorly managed farms.
