Now that was very interesting - I'd never heard of 'upcycled food'! Though I've ben a dedicated fan of Marmite for most of my life. Must try the pickled onions.

If adverts are correct I am the only Brit in existence who can take or leave Marmite. It's *fine*, I don't hate it, but it gets a resounding 'meh' from me.

I’ve never heard of upcycled food. Interesting concept. I’ve also never tasted marmite, although I suspect I would like it.

I love your pickled onion recipe. I make a version of that occasionally for homemade Mexican food. Absolutely delicious condiment.
