Interestingly, almost all veal (“novilho,”which also means calf) in Portugal is red in color. I have assumed this meant natural, given what must be done to produce white-colored veal, but I don’t know this for a fact.
Or perhaps it's natural/organic but not raised on milk? If you ever find out, I'd be interested to know.
